- BABrad ArmstrongMay 27, 20251.0Horrible experience the lady I was working with over the phone told me she was new and kept having to go and get answers which ended up getting me the wrong material which I should’ve noticed when I picked it up so that part is my fault but if she knew the material Better, I would’ve never even had to drive down to pick up realizing they didn’t have the material I needed then I called and asked to return it. They told me there was a 25% restocking fee which I said OK I took some responsibility for not getting the correct pipe Took the pipe back a week later and then they told me I only have three days to return it, which the person on the phone didn’t tell me that either now I’m stuck with the pipe and they take no responsibility for trying to at least help over the phone incorrectly or tell me I needed to return it within three days when I talk to the guy Not understanding at all will not use them for material ever again

Seven emails later I still cannot get an exact answer from Bob on cost or any kind of assistance when I have laid out what I would like to purchase. I wouldn't go as far as to say rude. I would say intentionally trying to shut down the interaction so that the order doesn't get made. I will not be going here anymore which is sad since their prices were always fair and in the past I enjoyed shopping through their stock. Thanks Bob.
