We had the pleasure of working with Micah from Matt Jackson’s Pest Control Services, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service he provided. From the moment he arrived (right on time, by the way!), Micah was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He has such a delightful personality — it felt more like a neighbor coming by to help than a typical service call. Micah is clearly a hard worker who takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to see someone so young with such a strong work ethic and genuine care for his community. You can tell this is a local family-run business that truly strives to improve the lives of those around them.   I called today at 12:15 pm for a one time service at my rental house. Micah returned my call, contacted my tenant and had the job done by 3:00 pm. He did not pressure me into any recurring service, but gave me an astonishingly reasonable quote for regular service. Micah was tremendously professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me about the work done, made notes for future reference and even took care of a potential wasp problem we were unaware of. I highly recommend Matt Jackson's service. And will definitely use them again in the future.
