  Had a unique large one-off stainless steel public sculpture, which needed quite a bit of text engraved on three large heavy pieces. Contacted at least 10 companies in Los Angeles who could not handle the work due to the large size or other problem. Brack was able to take on the job using a large jig to rotate the work precisely. It turned out superbly and only took a few days of turnaround time. Extremely pleased, was a real lifesaver for my project, would not hesitate to go back here.

  We had an awesome experience with Universal Metal Marking Co. We were trying to develop custom brass pet tags. Brack at UMMCO helped us discuss, troubleshoot and finally realize the project and was an incredible caring steward of our project.   I had the best experience working with this company. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and quick to respond. They made a plaque for my fire academy graduation gift. It turn out better than I imagined it would. It will be proudly displayed in our academy class room forever. Thanks again to the Universal Metal Marking team!

  I purchased a rifle receiver that didn't have a very good finish on it so I decided to have it laser engraved and then have it Type III Hard Anodized. I found Universal Metal Marking Co (UMMCO) on the internet and I am sure glad I found them. I I filled out their "Request for Quote" link on their website sent a couple of sample pictures of what I was looking for, and received an email back from Brack of UMMCO first thing on Monday. He explained about the process and the type of artwork I would need to provide them and the depth the laser needed to go for what I was looking for. I asked him if he knew anyone that could convert the art to EPS so his laser could do the job. He gave me the number of Moon Digitizing to convert the files. I contacted them, sent them the art work and I got the digitized files back the next day. I dropped the part off with Brack and emailed him the digital files, he told me he would schedule in my part into production. I got an email about a week later that my receiver was ready for pickup, so I headed over to UMMCO the next morning to pick it up. WOW, it far exceeded my expectations and the detail was out of this world. The closer I looked the more amazed I was, he explained that the guys had worked on it like open heart surgery to make sure all of the detail was captured. I took the part to Anodizing Industries to have the part Type III Hard Anodized. It took them 3 days and the receiver turned out way better than I expected, and the detail UMMCO had done was even more amazing! I have added pictures to show the whole process from start to finish. Thank you Brack and all the people that worked on the receiver, If I could give you more Stars I would. I'll be back with more parts in the future, and spread the good work on your company!
