- RRripptide56Nov 13, 20251.0This place is useless, the tech support is nonexistent. I asked for dimensions on a bushing so I could order the right ones from them on what I believe to be their lower control arms. I wanted to make sure they matched up. Would not give me any info, lady that answered the phone said “we don’t give that out”. When did bushings become a trade secret? So I emailed support and sent pics. The person said yeah they look like our lowers but not certain, so I asked again for dimensions so we can see if their bushings would work, before I ordered them. Silence, they won’t even answer me back. I even said, at least let me know you’re not going to help so I can look elsewhere, still nothing. So if these are theirs arms, don’t buy them, the bushings fall apart and they won’t help you at all.

The guy over the counter stated that it takes 3 to 5 business days for it to be shipped out. I called again the following Tuesday 14 October, and I spoke with somebody again I was told That the part was unavailable that it would take another 3 to 5 days for it to be shipped out at this point. Now it’s coming up two weeks since I ordered the part not including the shipping, which is another 3 to 5 days. If the initial guy I spoke with would have told me that it was not available at the time I could have canceled the order. It seems like the guys over-the-counter could care less of their customer service. This will be the last time I purchased anything from DJM suspension. I would hate to know how long it would take if I ordered a complete drop kit?? The guy over the counter easily said do you want your money back? Like as he didn’t care. Once my parts come in no more ordering from DJ M suspension. Update .. after getting a call from the wonderful lady in the office . She fixed the issue by getting me the parts I was in much need of in a quick 2 day turnaround. I hope her sales staff can learn to be more helpful to customers and not give false information. Will be making an order soon for a complete drop kit.
