My experience was the complete opposite, I was looking for something small, and the customer service was helpful and professional. Will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

I am a general contractor, I am not a large sheet metal shop. I needed some advice and common sense assistance in choosing a 430-530$ single sheet of material. I could not find this in my area and drove over an hour to this location. All I needed was to look at two sample pieces.. I was able to look at these via the warehouse and decided on the material in less than 30 seconds. I did this with little to no interaction with any human being. Sometimes a little common sense and customer service goes a long way! During normal times this company might have better interactions. Unless you are a giant account holder... or like being snapped at by rude sales people... I’d look elsewhere.
