  I’ve been dealing with an ongoing mold issue in my rental apartment, and I’ve already used a few different mold testing companies. Out of everyone I’ve worked with, Andrew from Air Quality Testers has been the absolute best. Scheduling was very easy, he arrived exactly on time, and he was polite and professional. What really stood out is how thorough he was. Andrew checked the humidity levels and tested every inch of the affected areas, something the other companies never did. His attention to detail gave me real confidence in the results. His report was also far superior to anything I received from other testers. While other companies only gave me numbers with no context or benchmarks, Andrew provided a clear, comprehensive written report that actually explains the findings and what they mean. On top of all that, his pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of detail and professionalism he provides. I highly recommend Air Quality Testers to anyone dealing with mold or air quality concerns. He is meticulous, honest, and genuinely helpful, truly the best experience I’ve had.

  We found ourselves in the midst of a bathroom remodel at our rental home with concerns of possible asbestos exposure due to the age of the home. Air Quality Testers was readily available to come by, take samples and have them tested, all within a 24 hour turn around time. I was impressed how easy it was to schedule with them! Grant and Carissa were both extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, reliable and put us all at ease very quickly. If we ever have concerns about the air quality in our home again, I know just where to go. Highly recommend their service!

  Andrew and his team explained the test process, answered all my questions, provided detailed recommendations as to test options and allowed me to decide which options would be best. Their professionalism and expertise leaves me feeling confident about the results which take about 3 days - highly recommend!

  Elizabeth was on time and very professional. She explained what she was doing/looking for and identified areas of possible mold. I have been very satisfied with the work so far. Will update this review once I get the air samples back.

  Fastest in the business . sunday same day service and labs in 2 days within timeframes needed for legal matters have all the certifications even when some is not required chat gbt pro plus said best for 94597 walnut creek ca area most other companys wanted 3-5 days to show and 5-8 days total till labs were complete. 5 star Grade A+ industry finest.
