  I reached out to Air Quality Testers after moving into a property that raised some concerns, they were so proactive and immediately scheduled an inspection for the next day, which was important because I was dealing with a time sensitive issue. I had never dealt with mold issues before and I feel really lucky that Elizabeth was the one who came out. She was professional, down to earth, and incredibly easy to talk to from the start, which made it much easier for me to communicate my concerns. She was extremely thorough and genuinely caring throughout the entire inspection. She took her time to carefully assess every area, every corner, every closet, both inside and outside, taking air samples, swabs, and moisture readings, and explaining everything clearly along the way so I felt informed and confident in the work she was doing. What really stood out was her attention to detail and the fact that she never rushed anything. She also provided thoughtful guidance on what steps to take next, which I really appreciated, and offered to expedite the lab work since the situation was time sensitive. Thank you Elizabeth. It’s rare to find someone who combines this level of expertise with such kindness and professionalism. I’m so grateful.

  Air Quality Testers did a great job with our mold testing the technician was thorough and knowledgeable, the pricing was the best in the area, and I left feeling confident about the indoor air quality assessment. I would definitely use them again if needed.

  Andrew did an excellent job helping us understand the conditions in my bathroom. He conducted thorough mold and air quality testing, and provided inspection reports, photos, and videos in a timely manner. He also went the extra mile to explain the findings clearly in plain language. I highly recommend this company’s services.
