Cannot talk with a live person, and no face to face contact with anyone in our county or nearby county. Prices kept going up, with more fees added. Two years ago, we started do self refill with Owens. Owens is local, always can talk with someone on phone or visit their store, best customer services, dependable & quality help, consistently lowest price. So, last year we did a total switched over to Owens for our home service. At Owens, there are many options of tanks to choose from, quick & expert testing & installation. Dependable delivery service with very reasonable price for our remote home. We are totally happy with Owens, and highly recommend Owens for anyone propane needs.
