They told me they would fix the rear seals when they started leaking 3 weeks after purchase and when I called to bring the tractor in they wanted to charge me for the repairs. I've had other issues and left numerous messages for Scott the service guy and waited 7 weeks for a call back which never happened. Unfortunately the 4 wheel drive went out on the tractor last week and called to get pricing and just got a quote back and it was ridiculously over priced. I already had lost all trust in these individuals so I decided to call around and get other quotes and as I expected they were over $(500.00 higher than 2 other dealer's. So I called Trails West Tractor back to ask if they maybe messed up on pricing or parts numbers and when Mary was confronted with the price discrepancy she became immediately very disgruntle and hung up the phone. They are all about selling but lack business integrity.
