We walked away with exactly the type of tractor we wanted and delivery and payment were seamless. The guy that delivered the tractor was great taking the time to walk my husband through working everything on the tractor. Wonderful service and atmosphere. Definitely feels like we’ve joined a family. We’re happy that our needs for parts or repair labor eventually down the road will be taken care of by Trails West. Scott and his team there are amazing!

I recently purchased a new LS tractor with scraper and backhoe attachment, they delivered it to my property and the driver Z was awesome and showed me how to operate the new tractor and remove the backhoe and attach the scraper. Great People and I highly recommend of your in the market for Tractor.
- DBDoug BennettDec 24, 20195.0I have been trying to troubleshoot an electrical problem with my Allman Brothers tractor (rebranded TYM) for two years. I contacted several dealers who were unable to help me. I was hesitant to contact Trails West Tractor as they are 4 & 1/2 hours from me. Finally called and spoke with Mary who said she would have their tech Scott call me. Scott's electrical part suggestion was right on for when I installed the parts the tractor started without the check engine light and didn't shut off like before. I see why this company's reviews are so high as they are truly customer service oriented. Kudos to Trails West Tractor!
