It is clear that Dave, the owner, knows what he is doing when it comes to making sure the customer gets the right equipment for their needs. Exceptional customer service from the point of sale all the way to delivery. Scott went over all of the equipment when he delivered it and made it simple to understand. A couple days after delivery, I found a faulty part from the factory and Scott came right out to fix it. I highly recommend Trails West to anyone looking for tractor equipment!
