  Had stalled tractor. The Parts Department listened carefully to what had happened and, based on their experience, quickly suggested tpotential problem. They printed out parts list related to potential problem without our asking. The Service Manager suggested taking pictures. The parts list plus the pictures resulted in a quick repair. All of the personnel were very courteous and helpful. We greatly appreciate that kind of customer service and highly recommend this dealership.

  I had to pick up a tractor that was going to Colorado for delivery and nobody here a clue what was going on(even though I called 2 hours before arriving to make sure it was ready). Sat there for a hour before the buyer in Colorado finally straightened these people out. Very rude and unhelpful. I'm glad I don't have to deal with these people every day. It's unfortunate that I even had to mark one star.
