I reached out via email and received an immediate response requesting my serial number. I provided the serial number and have received zero contact since. I have sent several emails requesting if they have figured out a timeline and no response. Not returning customer service emails is a very poor way of doing business, especially on a luxury item. I purchased a Tiffin due to their reputation for taking care of their customers. I’m certainly not seeing that in my case. Bad news is better than no news.
