    For all the naysayers out there about Leigh Tiffin leaving and the future of the brand, let me put your mind at ease. I was there for service Wednesday March 5,2026. It was an annual service I do every year for fluids and generator. I had a major hydraulic issue that happened July 2025 and went to discuss this with Corbette Davis, VP of service. It was a major problem with cost exceeding 10K and I was out of warranty time frame. He listened closely and did not interrupt at all. He asked a few more questions after i was done explaining my view and said he would review it and get back to me the next day. After I paid my service bill ( work done expertly) I went to his office to find out my verdict. They were very understanding of my problem and agreed to reimburse me for well over half of my costs. This is the reason I do business with them and will continue to do so. They absolutely will stand behind their promise of the best motorhomes in the industry. Nothing has changed about the companies values or standards, just a leadership change. Thank you Tiffin Motorhomes and Corbette Davis for your commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be back.

    We were traveling nearby and had a hydraulic slide issue and few items to fix so we stopped in. The team was super helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Don Crum for his attention, great attitude and helpfulness! Easy to stop and stay the night if you need service and Red Bay town is a nice place to visit as well.

    Johnboy in Bay P2 did a fabulous job of fixing three structural cracks in the driver side of our 2018 Allegro Red. We had our motorhome at his bay at 6 am and picked it up at 3 pm everyday for three days. He took his time to explain what he was going to do. Then, he would show us what he accomplished each day. He was kind and friendly. His work is meticulous! You would never know there had been issues. Jonathan in Bay 12 was helpful fixing a couple of interior issues, as well as doing a recall job. Shane in Bay 15 did an awesome job of fixing our rear slide, which would not go in this morning when we were trying to leave. Paula in the office was very kind in giving us directions about how to work with the system to get all of this work done. What a great organization with whom to work. It was a very pleasant experience.

    Wesley Pardue has been my service advisor at Tiffin Red Bay at the service center and I have to say he has just gone out of his way to provide me with the best service possible. Not only has he answered my emails but he has come by my RV personally to check on things and try to help with repairs. I have never experienced such a hands-on service representative. I am just amazed at his professionalism and his care for his clients. It's just to add photos what do I have okay
