- TATyler AldersonJan 20, 20261.0Absolutely horrible service! I’ve given this place multiple chances to get it right with rentals. I’m a family owned small company and the loss in revenue I’ve experienced because of their negligence and unreliability is insane. When you tell a customer you have confirmed equipment for pick up in a location that is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive and they show up and it’s nowhere to be found. Then take an hour since arriving for pick up to disclose that information is disgraceful. Never absolutely never spend money with this establishment. Gross corporate nonsense!
