Les responsables de l'immeuble ne fournissent pas dû à Plusieurs mécontentement à différents niveaux et de toutes natures et ceux-ci changent fréquemment. Les propriétaires de l'immeuble sont très peu à l'écoute de leur propre personnels alors imaginez de leurs locataires! ....à découvrir si vous aviez un certain intérêt..ou pas !
