  The four nights I was there my room did not get cleaned at all. There was a thick, inch-wide band of dust on the carpet along the wall behind the chair and table. The furniture was old and scuffed and one dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed. One of the bedside lamps had a burnt out bulb. Both lamps had dust on the bases. The bed squeaked, the mattress was lumpy, and the top sheet was too small and kept coming loose. The floor was uneven and creaked loudly when I walked on it. The breakfast buffet consisted of powdered egg patties, watery sausages, the usual waffle maker, and a yogurt dispenser that squeezed out a gooey sweet substance.

  Very dirty and cheap. Not to the normal level of a BW plus. Shower was gross with little curly hairs all over it. Everything was sticky. Would have been a 1 star but they priced it on the lower side.

  I always try to stay at Best Western hotels not because I am a rewards member, but because I know without a doubt the rooms will be clean, and have fair amenities. The Best Western in Mishawaka, IN was no exception. This was my second stay here over the past few months, and it fully met my expectations except for the water temperature in the shower. It never became warmer than Luke warm. Also, the clerk did not thank me for being a rewards member. Not a big deal, and I paid for both nights using my rewards points, so the stay was free anyway.

  I can't lie I've stayed in a lot of hotels my entire life and this is the most respectful establishment. I mean the staff was perfect and the room is clean as always no bugs and I can't think of a thing to complain about. This place is a good example of how hotels should be ran. And that front desk clerk, juanita give her a raise. It means a lot when you come to a hotel and you get treated with the utmost respect.

  We booked 3 rooms, 1 King Bed with a sofa bed in each room. I went down to the front desk to get bedding for the sofa bed and they said they do not provide blankets. I was so confused for a minute and asked what are they suppose to use to cover up with at night, the response was repeated "they do not provide blankets" Than the Air conditioner did not work in 1 of the rooms, I went down to the front desk and told her the manager said we dont have a room to move you too. I said do you have maintenance that can look at it? She said nothing we can do about it. At that point I was upset and said I am paying for a room that states has air conditioning. She said "I will just check you out now." I said I dont want checked out I just want what I paid for. Extremely unprofessional people there. We suffered through the night left in the morning and realized we left something in the room, called to let them know we were coming back to get it and it disappeared out of the room. It is no where to be found. Be careful staying here Employees are rude, Disrespectful, and thiefs!! I do not recommend anyone staying here Ever!!
