  Don't believe the shuttle service option. Once your here they will tell you it costs $20 per person

  It's an OK value, given the proximity to the beach, etc. Staff are all nice. The building looks like it was quite nice at one point, but it could use some TLC now (shows wear, but not too far gone to save, one elevator not working and the other was janky). My daughter was greeted by a cockroach in the bathtub when we first arrived and I killed half a dozen more during our stay. Parking is tight and is an extra $20 a night, which is something I was not informed about until after I had booked my stay. Pool is nice, and there is a huge underused sun deck available. We booked here based on our good luck with Best Western elsewhere, but BW needs to give this location some attention to bring it back to glory.

  Front Desk clerk very nice and helpful. Old needs refurbished dirty areas and fitness center barely bare able. Old equipment and dirty. Not tended to at all broken curtain and no towels replenished day to day. We are diamond members and book Bestwestern from East coast to West coast always Bestwestern PLUS. WE ASKED FOR A BEACH FRONT ROOM BEFORE WE BOARDED OUR PRINCESS CRUISE. BOOKED months before and we got a room facing a white wall Condo bldg Very disapointed.Old Old baseboards and halls and Entrance dirty first impression . Dirty parking garage. One elevator broken out of order. I WORKED 10 YEARS IN HOTEL S AND THIS WAS BAD ESPECIALLY THE AREA IT WAS IN AND WHEN WE ARRIVED ON A THURSDAY AND WAS TOLD BY FRONT DESK PERSON TODD RESTRAUNT IS CLOSED AND IT WAS 5:30 P.M. AND FULL HOTEL. POOL WATER IMMACULATE WITH PROPER chemicals . CLEAN UP YOUR IN COMPETION WITH LOTS OF GREAT hotels in same location. Needs professional painting not amateurs.   My mother stayed at this hotel before her cruise and it was exceptional! A special shout out to the reception staff Tracey who was amazing and helped me mother connect her phone to her eSIM. The service was truly above and beyond what we expected and she was extremely helpful, patient and kind!
