  Worst Mother’s Day experience. To start off the host, Kim, was unfriendly and rude when we arrived. When we sat down we were waiting for water to be poured for 15mins. I told the server this and both the GM Alex and the AGM Johnny stopped by and gave us champagne…that was flat. Food was okay I definitely wouldn’t be back. For a “high end” cafe this definitely wasn’t it. Go at your own risk.

  Well this was a disgrace. Can't give more than 1 star because we never even got seated. Mother's Day lunch, over $200pp inc mandatory tips. Booked a month in advance. 2 adults, two kids and a stroller. Arrived on time. Table not ready, please wait downstairs for 10 minutes. Check back in in 10min. Table still not ready. No water or seats offered as we waited. After 30 minutes our table still not ready but there is another table for two with minimal space for stroller. Can't make it work. Kids getting hungry. Got an offer to wait at the bar with the stroller. We requested a refund and basically had our Mother's Day lunch plans scrapped. Pretty disappointed after all the preparation. If I had to guess, probably caused by a combination of greedy table scheduling and/or inexperienced staff unable to clear tables in time for guests. Hospitality experience while experiencing these issues was basically that of Cheesecake Factory during rush hour. Overall insulting.

  Make reservations to celebrate My mother’s 55th Birthday and we enjoyed every bit of it! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and escorted upstairs. We met with the host Kim, Very polite, very warm and welcoming! She made us feel right at home! Our server Lavender did a fantastic job with explaining each course, being attentive, making us feel at home as well! Overall staff & Ambience was great! Will definitely be back:) thank you Cafe Dior team!

  The food is laughable which is why my mom sister and I had such a good time. The flavor was mediocre and the portions, my two year old toddler can eat more than all of our entrees combined. All I can say the service is exceptional and atmosphere is very chic. The only food item that stood out to us was the dessert and my oysters. This was a one time experience for me as we were saying there are other afternoon tea concepts that is worth their value. You do not get what you paid for as it was all for the gram.

  I had the most amazing time at the Dior Café in Dallas! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so special. To my surprise, there was a beautiful birthday card waiting for me, which truly made my day. Kim went above and beyond, she even did a full photo shoot for me and my cousin, making the experience unforgettable. The kindness, warmth, and attention to detail from the entire team were just incredible. Honestly, they did such an amazing job that I couldn’t resist going downstairs and making a little impulse purchase of a small leather good 😄 Huge shoutout to everyone there, and an extra special thank you to Kim for making the day so memorable!
