  Val installed a new windshield on my SUV. He was awesome! Love the mobile service, so nice not to add another thing to the busy day, worth the price to come to you. He took great care and was very thorough with the installation. Recalibrated all the sensors and made sure that the tech behind the windshield is all working. Great Job!

  Super friendly staff. Price was reasonable. Dropped it off, got a haircut next door (barbershop next door is highly recommended, btw), and by the time I was out, my new windshield was in. They gave me basic care instructions and I was on my way in no time. Definitely recommended.

  Val was such a great technician. Truly can't beat the convenience of having someone come to my house, and that was made even better with Val's great communication and efficient service. I will use Safelite every time.

  I would do zero stars if I could. They were repairing a chip in my windshield and broke it. (Which they said it had a very small chance of happening.) When they came out to tell me they broke my windshield they were laughing about it. They showed no remorse for breaking my windshield. They were very pushy about just switching the appointment to put on a new windshield. It almost seemed like they broke it on purpose to make more money with a new windshield.

  Installed non-OEM glass without notifying me. In addition, the glass was installed incorrectly resulting in wind noise. I offered the opportunity for them to correct the issue by replacing the glass with the proper glass and fixing the installation. They declined and attempted to fleece me another $500. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to receive a refund. If you are going to install different parts on someone’s vehicle, it’s their right as the owner to be informed of that and make a decision regarding their vehicle. Ultimately, it’s not about the money; I’m willing to pay more to not be mislead by a crappy company that’s fielding multiple lawsuits due to deceptive business practices and fraud. If you don’t care how your vehicle is fixed this is the place for you. Edit for response: No, you as the repair provider need to notify customers you are not fixing a vehicle with like for like parts. It is assumed the car is being fixed with the same parts that are removed. If you’re deviating from that you must notify the customer, full stop. It’s also the law in Utah, maybe you should read it.
