  Had a great experience with SIXT Rent a Car. The process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and well maintained, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Special shoutout to Angel for being professional, helpful, and making everything quick and easy. Definitely one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend SIXT and ask for Angel if you can!

  Renting in this location has been a pleasure, the agent that assisted me Dayana, was great very professional and fast made the whole experience painless I would definitely recommend Sixt as my favorite rental agency and specifically this location due to the fact that Dayana is here. Thanks again Sixt.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Sixt. They refused to give me the car because I had a Canadian driver’s license and a debit card — even though just 7 days earlier I rented a car from Sixt at MIA airport using the exact same documents with zero issues. To make things even worse, they also refused to accept Apple Pay for the security deposit. The reservation itself was paid with my credit card, but I didn’t physically have the card with me because it was already added to Apple Pay. Again — exactly the same setup I used successfully at Sixt in the Miami airport just days earlier. So apparently one Sixt location accepts it without any problems, while another suddenly acts like it’s impossible. Completely inconsistent policies, poorly trained staff, and zero customer care. And because the booking was prepaid, now I’m stuck dealing with the nightmare of trying to get my money back for a car they refused to provide. Huge waste of time, unnecessary stress, and incredibly unprofessional service. Avoid Sixt unless you want to risk paying in advance and still walking away without a car.

  “I booked a specific car model, but when I arrived, I got a completely different vehicle without any prior notice. On top of that, the staff were quite rude and dismissive when I asked for clarification. I expected better communication and professionalism—hopefully this improves in the future.”

  Love love love this location. Clean. Modern. The pickup and dropoff were seamless. The informational email about where to drop off was clear and concise. Car was great. Clean. Full tank of gas. Dayana was there for my pickup and my drop off. She was excellent. And even though she was dealing with an issue when I came to return the car she looked up at me and just told me to give her the keys so I could be on my way. That's how you do it. You read the room! You handle more than one person at a time when you can. Especially when you're the only one there! Give her a raise!
