  My family of four stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie for three nights while skiing nearby, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel and staff were welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable; we slept great every night and enjoyed our stay. I especially want to recognize the kitchen and bar staff for going above and beyond on our last night. I wasn’t feeling well and may have been experiencing altitude sickness, and when my husband asked if there was any soup available, the bartender checked with the kitchen. About 30–45 minutes later, my husband came upstairs with the most incredible homemade chicken noodle soup, full of vegetables and flavor. It wasn’t on the menu, and it was clear someone took real time and care to make it. That small act of kindness meant so much to me, helped me feel better, and will truly stick with me. Thank you to the amazing staff; we would absolutely stay here again.

  Location was great for what we were there for. The staff was friendly. We got a jr suite, and I expected it to be nicer than what it was. I've stayed in much nicer rooms for less than what this stay cost us. The beds were awful hard, the pull out couch bed was more comfortable than the normal beds. There was only 1 TV remote to be shared between the 2 tv's in the room, so we kept having to run it back and forth between the sitting area and the bed area. Might consider staying there again once because of the location, but would more likely try a nearby hotel.

  Staff was polite and our requests for extra pillows and blankets was met. The room itself however was very unclean. Hair in bathtub, mud/poop smudge on floors, furniture was dusty, and overall very unclean. Several dark spots on carpet (this being a pet friendly location)

  UPDATE!!! 😠 all the sudden 4 days after checkout we realized we had an undisclosed $4.00 charge, now typically I would want to know why but with the cost of the room being so expensive and nothing complimentary, I really wanted to know why. Guess what, it was because we drank the 2 bottles of water in that room!!!!!!!! Yall 270+ dollars for 1 dang night followed by charges for a couple of water bottles!!!! 😠 NEVER AGAIN. We have stayed at so many really nice hotels with a much better rate and complimentary breakfast etc. Wow... NOTE: This is all on my husband Michael Baker company card so random.charges with no receipts or anything is a very big deal. He did manage to call and they removed the 4 dollar charge but will take a few days. The hotel itself was nice enough but overpriced in my opinion. They didnt offer anything special that you cant get at a nice hotel.for about 1/2 the cost (of what we paid) and we stayed on what I hope was just a bad night, we were woke up multiple times by kids running or yelling up until about 230 am, just off and on not constant but enough to take away what sleep we were there for as we just stopped to finish our drive to Idaho. On a different note the bed was great and pillows worked out great. No extra blankets in the room and breakfast isn't complimentary but we left at 4 am so not sure on prices.. overall not happy with our price and such little sleep when quiet time was supposed to be 10 pm.

  So impressed by this hotel! Whenever I am in Laramie I will stay here. Decent price, good food, fast service, clean. Kind staff. Easy check in. Everyone was super nice. Love the location - can walk to the movie theatre, restaurants, a diner, and a shopping center. Super safe. Very convenient to the university. Room was great!
