The Hampton Inn & Suites Green River hotel is located off I-80 on Wild Horse Canyon Road in Green River, Wyoming. We offer standard rooms and suites. There is a microwave oven and refrigerator in all suites. We have 3000 square feet of meeting room and banquet space along with an outdoor wedding gazebo. We have two honeymoon suites, indoor pool and whirlpool hot tub, fitness center and business center. There is also a guest lounge where there is a Managers Reception on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

- GTGerald Turpin2 days ago4.0The only reason for the 4 star rating is because this is one of the few Hamptons that have not renovated recently. I stay at a lot of Hamptons because I like the hotels. They are always clean, have great service, and have a pretty good free breakfast. Most of the ones I have stayed at recently have updated to smart TVs and Kuerig coffee makers in the rooms. This one has not but overall it was still a pleasant stay.

So I asked for a breakdown of what the $184.00 was, instead of closer to the $119.00. I was told by "Sarah" I couldn't be given a receipt or a breakdown of my charges. That it's "confidential" I explained that she just charged my card $184.00 and I should be able to know what for. She refused. I then asked for the internet access information. I was told "she can give me a one time access" but if I want to use the internet in the I would need a Hilton Honors number. As it's reserved for Honors guests. The building is absolutely stunning. Very unfortunate the ugliness of the front desk person overrides the beauty. Would not recommend staying here. It's not worth being treated so rudely.
