This place have a lot of employees but needs a manager that gives them direction, they actually had 2 maintenance guys but either they have a lot of work or they don’t do nothing. I complained at the way they clean rooms and they answered tomorrow you will have full service, and it was as shitty as the previous cleaning. Property looks abandoned windows are very dirty, trashcans are not empty enough and parking lot and the outside NEEDS A LOT OF LOVE

Clean, modern, and comfortable hotel that makes travel through Wyoming easy. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes, large bathrooms, and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The beds are comfortable, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and quick to help with anything you need, and check-in is smooth. Breakfast is simple but done well, and the dining area stays tidy even during the morning rush. Parking is easy, and the location is quiet but close to restaurants and the highway. A reliable and comfortable stay — exactly what you expect from the brand.

I had a great stay at this hotel from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and welcoming.
My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — and I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, so that says a lot! Housekeeping did a great job during my stay, and everything felt well cared for.
A special mention goes to the breakfast attendant, who was absolutely wonderful. She had such a warm, genuine presence that made you feel like you'd known her for years. A great way to start each morning. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. I have read previous reviews and don't see how there could be an issue with the breakfast. There are plenty of options from cereal and waffles to biscuits and gravy. There were potato wedges, chicken patties, a yogurt bar, even what looked like a fancy spinach croissant. Our favorite was everything avaiable to make your own breakfast sandwich and putting the gravy over the chicken patty!
The on-site gym and laundry facilities were also a big plus — clean, convenient, and well-maintained. I was in town to visit my daughter for school and while she was in school I took her bed clothes to the laundromat. It was $14.50 for a large load and $10.50 for the smallest! I did my laundry at the hotel and it was $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
