Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice. Cute seasonal decor too. The regular decor was very tasteful and looked intentional, unlike some places.

Highly recommend staying here and when you see good old James cleaning the floors and elevators, be sure to say hello to him! He will make your day!
- SSStereoChuckNov 10, 20251.0“BEWARE – DO NOT STAY HERE” I had a 5-day trip planned at this hotel, and while I was on the plane, they canceled my reservation without warning. They claimed my card was declined, but there was simply an issue with the booking company (I’m on a work trip). When I offered to use another card, they told me they had already given my room to someone else. I even explained that I’m a Diamond member with over 150 nights in Hilton hotels this year. Online, Hilton states that Diamond members are guaranteed a room—especially when there’s a reservation already in place. They didn’t care at all. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other Hilton. Their attitude was rude and uncaring. They left me stranded with nowhere to stay and clearly only cared about the money. I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.
