We stated we extended our stay and she said no you didn't. We then explained that we in fact did told her who we talked to, she said it doesn't matter. We then asked for a manager, she said she would be there in 10 minutes. We agreed to meet her the there. The manager then comes in wearing a tank top showing all her tattoos also wearing spandex bottoms. So professional. She argued that we didn't extend our stay. Then told us that she was sorry but they were booked out and that we would need to leave. It didn't matter that we are diamond members or that we had followed protocol and talk to front desk 2 days in advance to extend our stay. So because of this we have not been staying in Hilton hotels while staying in Casper. Don't recommend staying there.
