The Hampton Inn Wheeling Hotel in West Virginia is located near the intersection of Route 88 and Route 40, adjacent to Bob Evan's Restaurant and opposite TJs Sports Bar. We are 1 1/2 miles east of downtown, in the Woodsdale Section of Wheeling. Oglebay Resort, Jamboree USA and the Wheeling Island Hotel Casino and Racetrack are all within three miles of Hampton Wheeling. Cabela's is seven miles east on I-70 at Exit 10.
Our hotel offers an outdoor garden space, an exercise facility just off the lobby, and a GuestWorks Telephone System with voice mail and data port. We also feature Datanamics wireless internet access throughout the hotel as a complimentary service.
Hampton Inn Wheeling amenities include On the House hot breakfast and expanded cable TV access in all guest rooms. We also offer connecting rooms, complimentary cribs, in-room hair dryers and irons/ironing boards in all rooms. Refrigerators are available in our two hospitality suites on the first floor. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and dark which is a big deal to me. I'm a light sleeper so annoying noises and lights drive me nuts. I know work will bring me back in town soon and I have no doubt I'll be staying here again.

He not only was helpful for the customers but was supportive to his staff by emptying the trash and switching out the coffee out at breakfast. Breakfast was good. Hot water, good pressure in the shower. Refrigerator and microwave in room, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and lotion in room. Parking lot is off to side, but plenty of parking. Overall a wonderful stay!
