When we arrived late at night, we were greeted by a friendly front desk associate who addressed our needs immediately and checked us in quickly and efficiently. Throughout our stay, we consistently noticed how attentive and hardworking the staff were. Housekeeping cleaned thoroughly—even getting down on their hands and knees. The maintenance team was always active, keeping everything in top shape. The dining areas were spotless and well-maintained, with trash emptied regularly. It was a pleasure to stay there! My dog and I were always greeted warmly by every staff member we encountered—often sparking friendly conversations. The team also created a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere through activities like their Pumpkin Decorating Contest, where guests were encouraged to vote. The week before Thanksgiving, we were even invited to join the staff Thanksgiving lunch, which made us feel truly valued and at home. Our dog, Eva, quickly became part of the hotel family as well. She happily searched for treats from staff members after her potty breaks—much to everyone’s amusement! When it was time for us to leave, several staff members gathered at the front desk to wish us goodbye and safe travels. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there.
