I used their portal to get the item shipped back to me and I had it back in less than five days. I know lots of people who leave items in hotel rooms and never hear back from the hotel! I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful.

I would like to ask that maybe you all can serve scrambled eggs and sausages and bacon links more often and different kind of potatoes besides the over spiced potatoes now everyday. Other than that love the waffle maker The bed is comfortable and roomy. Went down to front desk only to find out that I was locked out due to the staff not doing there job. The night guy said he needs card to pay for room with CLC WE USE CREW FAX. We went back and forth for a hour he called the manager and he said she will call u about this. Next day my office called and they talked to assist manager about this an manager said yes we have there crew fax in two emails, to this day the manger has yet to call me or make contact with after messages was left for her to call me about this Never have a manager not make contact with regarding any issues at any hotels. Brittany you respond to a negative comment but can’t call after messages were left. All Good, no need for a response from you now!!
