  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Outstanding Stay at Hampton Inn Mineral Wells, WV I had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn here in Mineral Wells. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what I needed after a long day. But what really made the experience stand out was Roxann. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I checked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. Interactions like that are what keep me loyal to Hilton properties across the country. My room was spotless, the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked, and the whole team clearly works together to create a great environment. I travel constantly, and this location truly impressed me. Big thank you to Roxann and the entire staff — I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town.

  First time staying at this location (I normally stay at the Hampton closer to downtown Parkersburg) but I can say I will definitely return when in the area. The hotel is older but my room was very clean and the hotel is well maintained. The location was great and there were a few fast food restaurants very close with more restaurants within a short drive.

  Room was clean, bed was comfortable for what little time I slept. I booked a room for the debut of the re-opening of West Virginia Motor Speedway, not knowing how late the races would be over. Races ran late due to a huge crowd and race cars. I left the track at approximately 2:30 am. Got to the front desk to ask for a later check out time, there was no one available so I went on to my room. At 9 am housekeeping was knocking on doors as if to be a morning wakeup call all the way down the hall. I got approximately 5 hours sleep at this point I wasn't happy. So I get my things together and proceed to the front desk to check out and voice my issues with the staff and grab some breakfast before my 2 hour drive home. Staff was tearing down the breakfast area so there wasn't much to choose from. Grabbing a coffee I processed to the desk clerk who told me she had family members that had gotten a room at this location who also had the same issues. So long story short now that I have cooled down somewhat. I would suggest that on the weekend have enough staff available so that they aren't rushed to get their job done that they feel the need to do a 9 am wake up knock so everyone can be gone by check out at 11 am and leave the breakfast area open till at least 10:30 instead of 9 am. Very disappointed ☹️ in my stay, or lack of.
