Nice Tru Hotel. Only recommendation is a sort of night light in bathroom so don't trip in dark if have to get up in middle of night.

We are so pleased with our stay! The room was not only clean and spacious but also had all the amenities we needed in perfect condition. Good complimentary breakfast. A simple thing, but the excellent water pressure in the shower was a wonderful bonus. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Stopped for an overnight while driving from CT to TN. Really just needed a good place to rest as we still had a long drive the next day. Getting there was a bit sketchy as we had to go around the back of a Walmart. We arrived a few minutes after midnight. The girl working the desk was professional and gave us keys to our room on the second floor. Got to the room and the keys didn’t work. Lugged all of stuff back down to the lobby where we were given another set of keys. Went back up to the room and the keys still didn’t work. Once again, lugged our stuff back to the lobby. Our room was then changed to the third floor. Finally got settled in close to 1am. The room was clean. The bed is the thinnest mattress I’ve ever seen and so uncomfortably firm and springy/loud. 5:30am comes along and the person in the room above us begins to do what I can only assume was perform a clog dancing routine for the next hour. We booked a mobility accessible room. The shower/bathroom products smelled great but as a person with severe arthritis, I really struggled to squeeze the bottles on the wall to get soap out - odd choice for an ADA compliant room. If we needed to stop in this area again, I would look elsewhere but not a “bad” hotel.

This was an odd stay. It was a newer building and modern clean room. But there were issues. The bed was cheap and firm and uncomfortable. The soap dispensers... why? Fire whoever made that decision. The floors were also like a hard laminate or vinyl which means that you here EVERYTHING from the room above you. At the end of the day it was a fine clean hotel, but I can't say I would ever come back given the plethora of options in the area.

Only complaint I have is had a room reserved & told them wasn't sure what time I'd be in, as I was driving from Oklahoma. When I arrived they said I no longer had a room cause I wasn't here by midnite so they put me as a no show. Said I'd have to contact Priceline who I had booked & paid through. They did finally give me a room but had to pay again. Still trying to get a hold of someone with Priceline. However I love the location Walmart is within walking distance & there is a shopping center in front of Walmart
