11/21/2025 I’m a Hilton Honors member, have had Diamond for Life status for a few years; my job requires frequent travel, for the last 12 years I average more than 125 nights per year in Hilton properties. I’ve stayed at this location multiple times, my twin granddaughters think it’s “cool” staying in a hotel. This location is GREAT - clean, beds are the perfect balance between soft and firm and thankfully this location does NOT have the absolutely stupid motion sensor thermostats like a lot of properties are installing (please don’t EVER install those). This location is the example of how a hotel/Hilton property should be; at a lot of locations across the country, Hilton has lost their way. There used to be a Hilton standard and expectation, that has declined over the last few years but NOT at this location. Keep doing what you’re doing - you doing it right. Thank you 👏

My room 206 we found huge bed bug. The front desk move us to another room far from that one. At least they were nice and refunded the night. Unfortunately the hotel gets one star. This has cause us be extremely careful once we arrived home. I will never stay at Hilton Garden again

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5 stars) The staff was polite and helpful when we checked in, which made for a nice first impression. We stayed in room 501. Upon entering, the room looked clean and well-kept at first glance. However, we did notice a few issues during our stay. The hallway light inside the room wasn’t working, and in the closet area, the extra pillows were stored in a plastic bag with human hair on them. The extra blanket also had hair on it, which was disappointing. The bathroom appeared clean overall, but the glass shower door was out of alignment and didn’t close properly. There was pink mold along the bottom of the door and in the lower grout lines, and the shower floor grip was discolored from built-up dirt and grime. Additionally, the toilet seat was crooked. The mini fridge in the room was also not in working order, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the bedroom itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The king bed provided a good night’s rest, and the room was quiet with no noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. With a bit more attention to detail in cleaning, maintenance, and amenities, this could have been a great stay.
