  Check in was a breeze front desk was super friendly our room was extremely clean which we appreciate so much and so does our service dog we are only staying over night but the price was fair for being a week day our only complaint would be breakfast please change the breakfast to a hot fresh menu and not cold food that taste like cardboard everything else was perfect with our stay but breakfast was awful

  Suite was comfortable relaxed on the sofa. The kitchen had a large college dorm refrigerator with a freezer compartment below. Kitchen stocked with plates/cups/glasses and silver ware for 4. Toaster, microwave and dishwasher included. Indoor pool and gym available. Buffet breakfast was above average. Very fresh

  Pet friendly and setup as a mini studio with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and various utensils. Overall, I would stay again if I needed to make an overnight stop in the Lewisburg area with 2 dogs.

  By far the worst experience staying in a hotel I’ve ever had. I have family that live minutes away from the hotel but I came in to get my niece so that her and my daughter could swim for the evening. I called the night prior to make sure the pool was open and working and they assured me it was. It was advertised as a heated salt pool… the girls and I go in and the smell of chlorine is overwhelming and the water was so cold you couldn’t even get in it without standing and shivering. I talked to the gentleman at the front desk to see if he could turn the heat up but he said he couldn’t do anything with it and maintenance would be in first thing in the morning to adjust the temperature and I asked for a manager at that point but there wasn’t one available then either, this was at around 630pm. He said he will be in first thing in the morning also. We come down at 9am and go check the pool and still just as cold as it was maybe colder. I go to leave and ask for a manager and I was told he was at the bank making the year end deposit and it was pretty big so he could be gone a while. I said great I will wait cause I want a refund. The lady behind the desk who said she basically was the acting manager while he was out called him on her cell and said that all he said he couldn’t do for me was changed the rate to 75.00 since we stayed in the room all night… now if I would have been told last night that the heating element was out on the pool and my girls wouldn’t be able to swim I would have took them somewhere else to stay, but I wasn’t told that. I was told it would be fixed in the morning. So all of this to pay 85.00 when I have family literally minutes away to stay with when proper communication would have saved me from staying here and I would have went somewhere else. I hope that Mr. Scott Taylor, the manager that was at the bank making the big year end deposit, enjoyed my 85.00 contribution to that. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. He could have said hey let me make it right come back another day for a free stay when the pool is fixed… but no. What a joke.
