Very poor front desk interaction. Hotel was sold out for the night at 1524. Told with an unfriendly tonne for me to go down the road to the holiday inn. Do not recommend due to unhospitable front desk. Lobby smelled muaty and mildew like.

Great breakfast. Bed box springs was noisy and it moved each time. You can hear noise from outside. Water pressure alright. TV monitor usually welcomes us no matter how late we make our reservations, however, it was not welcoming us in normal Hampton Inn fashion. Non-handicapped vehicles are parked in ADA handicapped designated spots, without placard or license plates indicating they're handicapped. I was very tempted to post pictures of these SUVs whose excuse of "convenience" took precedence over disabled people. The front desk reception staff must have been extremely tired or way underpaid because we didn't receive the usual Hampton Inn welcome.

Where do I begin...1st off we did not pre-book this room. We had been driving decided to stop for a bite T the Fireside Grill, which was delicious. Asked the waitress for a recommendation for a hotel, she suggested the Hampton as it was right next door. My 1st clue should have been the sign that said they were under construction. I asked the slightly annoyed clerk if they had any rooms. She checked and said they had a few, I chose a king room and I thought she said it would be $211. I asked about a AAA discount and she said that rate was the best. So I booked the room, gave them my Hilton Honors information and paid for the room. Honestly, I didn't really look at the price. Got to our room and got the email from my Hilton Honors and the bill was $298.00!!! By no means was this a $300 room. It was decent, but very much out dated. Needless to say, I will definitely pre-book a room next time, but really $300!

I had a 1 night stop at this hotel. I am traveling with my dog, and I normally stay at Red Roof with him, but the ones near here seemed super sketchy. I opted for the pet fee at a nicer place and this is what I found. The bed was clean and comfortable -- I have a really bad back and normally cry in hotels but this bed wasn't bad, however the frame is very noisy. The bathroom is spacious. The shower head is so tall I struggled to reach it to twist the water pattern. (I'm 5'4) They have full size bottles of Zero brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion mounted in the bathroom. I used the body wash and lotion and they smelled nice. The gent didn't work in the bathroom so the mirror was super fogged over in just a quick 3 minute scrub down, but no big deal. There's a refrigerator and microwave in this room (110) and both worked well. The AC blasts, but it has a funky smell. The continental breakfast has eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, muffins, toast, waffles, juice. They have waffle toppings as well. The coffee stand is 24/7, which I appreciate, and the dark roast isn't bad. The pet fee is $75, which I think is steep, but I still appreciate having the option. The staff I've interacted with have been helpful and friendly. I had an issue on my confirmation email that was resolved immediately upon arrival. My one real complaint is the noise. I've heard people and traffic all night long. It's more than your standard hotel noise. I sleep with ear plugs and could still hear full sentences, not just muffled noise hear and there. People have been very loud since 6:15 AM and there's a small dog that's been howling in a nearby room and no one has made an effort to stop it. The rooms are dated and it's not much to look at, but it was clean so that's good enough for me. The tub looked a little dirty at first but then I realized it was chipped paint. It was actually a very clean shower. The towels didn't have any weird odor and they were clean.
There's a restaurant right next door with burgers, fries, nachos, and wings. There is a McDonald's and a gas station right here, too. If you needed something, you wouldn't have to go far to find it.
