Its an ok Hampton Inn, unfortunately, we had people walking/running up and down the halls into all hours of the night, opening and slamming doors. The noise from the interstate is very loud if your room is on that side of the hotel. Bring earplugs and you might get some rest.

Good location area but the hotel is dated. Door going in the room was all beat up. Lock was broken. Bathroom was dirty, and broken down. Not a great experience.

We paid a premium for this room. 2 nights around 630$ due to having tickets the Healing Appalachia music festival. We arrived at 3 hoping to check in and go to the concert starting at 330. We were forced to stand in the lobby until 5pm for a total of 2 hours. The reason we were given was that the hotel did not have the staffing to clean the rooms. I offered to clean my own room. The staff had the attitude that this trip i had paid alot of money to go on was centered around them. Due to the intense traffic I missed 80% of the festival that date, and missed acts that I had waited years to see. We got no apology nor any customer service . It was a really expensive and upsetting situation. I would not advise you to stay here. With surge pricing you will pay a premium for barely acceptable conditions. The place is aged and grimey.
