- SGShay G.Nov 11, 20251.0I love rooming at Hilton because they have high standards for their staff, the convince of picking your own room online, upgrading your room, and using a mobile key which eliminates the need for face to face contact with the front desk. Let me start with the good. The service was amazing, from Randy at the front desk who addressed my concerns as best as he could with limited staffing and the amazing men and women taking care of the valet parking. We were greeted when we came in and offered a warm cookie when I dropped the keys off to my car. We were there for an event and that went well. The bad, my room was not cleaned to my standards. My bathroom floor was extremely dirty but I moped and was easily able to fix that. However I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the bloody sheets. Not a drop of blood but several drops of blood and patches of blood were on the blanket and bottom sheet. Randy was able to come up and bring me new sheets but there was no one available to change the sheets as housekeeping was no longer in the building. It took him two trips to bring up all the sheets and a blanket to make the bed. There was no other rooms because the hotel was full and I was forced to check the bedding for bedbugs, put the sheets in the hall on the floor and remake my own bed. The only thing offered to me was two cookies. That was extremely disappointing and horrifying. I do not recommend this hotel. It's extremely clear they have thing to work on.

Room service made the bed but did not remove garbage. Charged for a breakfast that was worse than other free continental breakfasts at other hotels. Staff was friendly at the front desk, but overworked at the restaurants.

They were extremely disrespectful and accused me of bringing fleas into the hotel? I went to an urgent care located in WV in which they confirmed it was bed bug bites. The hotel staff did absolutely nothing no compensation no help to sanitize my belongings absolutely nothing. Despite numerous attempts to relocate I was unsuccessful as there was multiple sports teams in the area and trying to rebook a different hotel for same day check in was impossible. As a Hilton honors member for years this is not the treatment I expect. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COVERED IN BED BUG BITES
