We had some inconsiderate neighbors letting the door bang shut in the middle of the night, but that could happen in most hotels. The only minor items I could call to their attention is the toilet paper holder was broken where it didn't latch closed and the sink stopper wasn't working right where the water didn't drain properly. Such a convenient place for us to stay when we visit family. Plus, we can stay with our dogs...safe to say we will be back again.

The rooms were updated and the view from my room was breathtaking. I woke up seeing the Smokey Mountains each day. Parking is ample and the building is safe. I also used one of their meeting rooms and it was exactly what we needed. This location is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in and I look forward to staying here again.

Fitness center had no wipes to wipe down equipment for the 2 days we were there. Also no cups for two days for the water cooler. Only one treadmill here. Room was comfy though and breakfast was good.
