    A little disappointing for a Hampton. Mid-week room cleaning was haphazard...clean towels, but didn't bother to wipe down the bathroom. Nice little amenity of having post cards available. Apprecaited working with me on changing my schedule last minute due to flying issues from the shutdown.

    Thanks to Jessica for making the best breakfast we've ever eaten at a hotel. She was so courteous and friendly!! Oh yeah, rooms were nice too!

    Overall, our stay at this Hampton Inn was fine, though if we stayed there again we would probably ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. The hotel sits in the middle of a very busy shopping and entertainment area, with businesses on all sides. While the back side of the hotel would still face a Bass Pro Shops and Home Depot, those would become quieter earlier in the evening vs. the front side, which faces a Planet Fitness and restaurants that stayed open later. People were playing music loudly in their vehicles, having loud conversations across the parking lot, and cars were coming and going well into the late evening before it finally calmed down. The location south of Charleston and outside the downtown area worked well for our trip purposes, but man, it was just noisy while we were there. The breakfast was decent, and overall the room was fine.
