Noisest Hampton Inn this diamond member has stayed in. Plus, parking is $10 per night. If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else. I'll never be back.

After enduring a challenging, all-night drive, our arrival at the Hampton Inn was met with an instant and profound sense of relief. The front desk staff immediately prioritized our exhaustion, graciously providing us with a room right away. Stepping into our accommodation, we were impressed by the exceptionally well-lit and immaculately clean environment, complete with amenities that were truly comfortable and restorative. However, the true highlight was the consistently outstanding service. Rebecca, in particular, transcended basic customer service expectations, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for by going significantly above and beyond the call of duty. Crucially, this high standard was the rule, not the exception; every other team member we encountered provided the exact same friendly, attentive, and non-transactional treatment. We would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone and I would gladly stay again!

My low rating is completely related to the parking policy here at this location. Absolutely ridiculous that you have to scan a code and pay for parking instead of just being charged to the room. Now it's taking forever to get a damn receipt for expense reporting. They need to do better, this (new) policy is Absolutely horrible. I am pretty tech savvy, I can't imagine what it would be like for someone who isn't.

When we arrived the front desk lady was very nice. We ended up going up to our room and it was weird that our room door was propped open. I’ve never had that happen before. Once inside the room it was not a good room. If it wasn’t for 13 hours on the road and being 11pm I would have gone elsewhere. We went down and talked to the lady at the desk first thing in the morning and was told that they were sorry about the situation and refunded our money. A few days later I check my credit card statement to find out that they did in fact refund the room but that they had double charged us. So I called to make things right and I got the run around. I would honestly never stay at this hotel ever again. Breakfast is mediocre and the place was dirty. The chairs have been used so much that they have dark armrests from people. The entire place is unkempt and dirty. There was hair in the tub, dirty elevator floors, trim falling off the walls. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Do not stay at this place for your own good.
