Stayed traveling to OH. 1/8/26 Room was nice, beds were soft and comfortable place was clean and newer. However all was ruined by giant Guantanamo style parking lot lights ever 30 yards that absolutely blasted thru the room all night, the shades did not come all the way down and left a 2 inch gap at the bottom that was exactly the same hight as your head when sleeping. Other side of hotel was right next to the I-77 Freeway and super noisy.
Staff never at front desk and when you did catch someone they acted very irritated. I asked to move rooms and was told me they were booked even without looking at system or even being at the desk as she was sitting on her phone at lobby tables and there was only a third of parking filled . No coffee maker in room so after your sleepless night (did I mention the giant stadium style lights?) you have to go all the way to lobby to get lukewarm watered down coffee. other than the things you usually want from a hotel, (Darkness during night) it was ok.

The biggest problem with this hotel were the paper thin walls and floors, so if you are a light sleeper or traveling with infants/toddlers, probably look elsewhere. The hotel itself is fine but for the price, I'd expect a much quieter room.

Stayed about a month ago. Nice modern boutique hotel. First time staying at this brand by Hilton. Breakfast was good...room was clean Staff was friendly but we were wondering why one of the desk staff was walking around the lobby with no shoes on their feet. The man did work there ..he was wearing a T shirt that all the other staff menbers were wearing...but it looked odd that he was walking around working with only socks on his feet. Not very professional in our opinion. Other than that... it was a good stay. No real complaints.

Clean and comfortable. Right next to the interstate. Rooms were warm and comfortable. In the bathroom, you can hear sounds from other rooms, was not an issue otherwise. Great breakfast and 24 coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. Highly recommend 👌

Normally I love staying at Tru, but the dog barking in the adjacent room for hours ruined it. The manager stated they contacted the absent owner and they were at the bar nextdoor and hoped they would be home soon. Very disappointing.
