  I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. It was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They have a great lobby with lots of seating. The pool was great. Our room was spacious and had every amenity we could need. The staff absolutely went above and beyond though. They were wonderful! My car battery died while staying here and a staff member went to his car and got his own jumper cables to help me get mine started. He was wonderful.

  Here we go again another hilton hotel changing my room when I checked in online and never seems to care about the check change it just because they want too. Why have digital check in if your not going to honor it . As a Diamond member all I can say you're disappointment in a hotel that can't honor the check in from digital online. So why I stay here anymore. Besides that they need to get snow removal better . Just let everyone know their are more hotels than this one . This is what my room looks like stains in the carpet and their is some kind of bleach marks on the floor by the bed .

  The suites were very comfortable heater seem not to warm room correctly and management keeps saying they understaffed but never offer discount. Fridge in room full size. Plenty of cups plates and glasses in room a families use. Sofa bed a bit stiff don't recommend it for senior citizen. Main bed comfy nice blanket pillow a bit worn out if you remove cover. Bath are clean shower has low pressure. Washroom doors weird and can be looked through due to sliding door gap. Rugs in room harsh so as to withstand DOG POOP. 💩. Yes it's dog friendly but many down owner lack sense and think people want a dog by them at breakfast. Breakfast has a self make waffle station . Eggs sausage various breads yogurt and sweets. Coffe was excellent. The staff kept food area spotless even though many parents have GOOFY kids with little manners making a mess. NO VIEWs from any room. Gym area actually has some great machines. Overall I would come again. FYI parking lot shared with mall in back so you may have trouble with parking.

  Worst check in experience at a Hilton, ever. Lamont is extremely unprofessional and keeps the front door locked past 3PM. EDIT: I don’t believe anyone is investigating anything because I still haven’t gotten a response from the report I submitted. It’s been 3 days already. See photo.

  Very clean new hotel, staff was nice, the location is just ok, west allis overall looked pretty sketchy but the hotel is next to a fancy wedding venue so it's in a nicer area. There is a lot of parking and it's free, right behind and to the side of the hotel. This is weird but their tap water tastes really good. I think they might have an extra filter system on their water because I was expecting the tap water to be gross but it tastes the same as from a Brita. It's also right next to a strip mall with many stores and there is a Mexican restaurant and pizza hut in there that's like a 1 minute walk from the hotel
