    We will NEVER stay here again. This was the second time we booked a room because the first time was decent. Check-in is at 3pm. We arrived 90 minutes early. We were told our room was ready. Great, right? WRONG. We were told there's an early check-in fee. What? I asked the amount and was told $50. After already paying $175 for the night, I was not about to pay $50 for 90 minutes. I could understand a fee IF the room wasn't ready and we were demanding to check in early but that wasn't the case. There is NO reason for the fee except Hilton being a greedy company. You won't get any more of my hard-earned money.

    This hotel was one of the most wheelchair accessible hotels I have stayed in. The room had space to move around without hitting anything, plugs/switches were low enough to reach and the shower was roomy with no lip or bump to roll over. The soap and lotion dispensers were low enough and even the suitcase stand was at chair level. The entire staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing and the hot breakfast bar was top notch! Do not hesitate to stay in this hotel!

    We called to say we would be arriving late and were told that was fine. We arrived to an empty reception area and had to wait 25 minutes for someone to help us. We called in during this time, hoping someone would answer but alas, no o e did. So, after driving all day, we were exhausted and stuck waiting for our room.
