This stay was a complete failure: No Complimentary Water: At check-in, I wasn’t offered the basic perk of free water. Missing $15 Food & Beverage Credit: I never received my credit. When I asked the front desk (Lilly, if that was accurate), I was told “sorry, lobby market purchases don’t count.” That’s not disclosed anywhere and feels like a bait-and-switch. Dismissive Service: Instead of fixing the issue, I got a shrug and an apology. No effort to make it right. This is not how you treat your most loyal guests. As a corporate traveller, experiences like this make me question why I should continue with Hilton. I am actively reviewing a full switch to Marriott for 2026.
