I had a king size suite which had a view of the lake. My parents had a king size but it was on the smaller side. Still it was a clean hotel and overall we were happy.

Bedienung beim Frühstück nuckelte ständig am Daumen und servierte unser Besteck und den Kaffee mit nassen Fingern. Ekelig. Im Zimmer Dusche defekt, Lampe defekt, Kaffeemaschine defekt und keine Reparatur in 5 Tagen. Trotz Nachfragen kein Gespräch mit Manager. Keine Entschuldigung. Nie mehr wieder. We had two issues; the door was very janky, which meant if we did not use our shoulder to push it open we couldn't get in and if we did not push or pull it close hard the door would not be shut properly. The other issue was that the house keeping team came into our room and made the bed, took the dirty towels but did not replace the towels, and wiped the sink with a dirty rag because it was dirtier once they came and serviced our room. The different front desk staff was always friendly and professional. I would stay again and enjoyed my stay despite the two issues.

We stayed for two nights and they took approximately 600$ instead of the 500$ they told us at the beginning and extra 213$. On the reception no one knew or told us why they charged us extra. The day we were checking out 600$ they put back on our account and took 500$ out, 213$ they gave us back and took 113$, it’s still unknown why they took off 113$.
