Hotel is starting to show its age with normal wear and tear but nothing awful. Pool and hot tub were great! My only complaint is I left a nice winter jacket behind in the closet of our room. I called twice and was told housekeeping didn’t find it. Unfortunately I know it was left there so I am a bit bummed it was not retuned to me. However my fault for leaving it behind in the first place I guess.

After informing the front desk about the problem, they brought a plunger and make very sure that they are not going to use it and I have to do it.
