- DFDevon FJan 4, 20263.0The hotel looks newly renovated but it is easy to tell that the hotel was a previous hotel before with a fresh layer of paint. The hotel itself was fine to stay at, especially for the price. The heating/cooling is a bit noisy and the rooms are designed differently, even in the same category, which was interesting. The breakfast bagels were fine, but unfortunately the yogurt machine was broken. The staff were very nice and attentive and even checked in by text to see if I needed anything during my stay

I have been a hilton honors member for many, many years, and I have stayed at the more luxurious hotels.This was my first encounter with a low budget property. Because I am local to their area They charge this outlandish fee.My advice to anyone coming up on this holiday season is to not have your family and friends stay here because of these outrageous fees.They don't care if you're a hilton's honor member or not.

I was told it was my fault that I did not pick up my order fast enough. They told me to order something else, but at this point it was late and everything was closed. I have dietary restrictions and was left with no options. The hotel kept insisting it was my fault and that they were entitled to eat the order.
