As the driver when I checked in, they told me that I could have a late check out of 3 PM. For 40 dollars extra because the group would not be ready to head back home out of town until later that day. But when check out time came, they called the room and said that the manager would not approve the late Check out and I would have to leave immediately to me this is just bad business. I will not be staying with Hampton Inn any longer, Maybe it's just me, But I figure if you're going to rent 12 Nightly rooms they would be more willing to work with you. I know the choice hotels does. I spend a lot of time on the road and a lot of nights in Motels. I typically use choice hotels but this time I did not, but I will definitely be using choice hotels from here on out.

I wouldn't have written a review normally, but Robert at the front desk was the friendliest dude I've ever met. That guy could make me feel welcome in prison. 100% authentic. Like Guy Fieri type energy. Like, if I would have told him I didn't like my view, dude would have moved the whole hotel 3 blocks over to make sure I was happy with my stay. If the events of Terminator 2 start to happen with the rise of AI, just have him speak to Skynet. It will be like "ah, we can't possibly reach this level of awesomeness. This is the pinnacle of humanity" and just shut down. Seriously. This guy could save ALL OF HUMANITY. And we wouldn't even be able to thank him. He would probably give credit to everyone else. He's too humble for that. That's WHY I have to publish a short story to let everyone know how great this man is! The man is AWESOME! I hope your managers tell you everyday how amazing you are!
