4.9 I give it. Kids were running the halls. We complained, second time confronted the kids. Called the front desk they didnt answer. There was 15 to 20 kids with in 4 feet of our door. One kid said they will keep it down and they did. 10pm to 6am is suppose to be quiet time. Drove 1000 miles in couple of days Wanted to sleep. I did the same thing 50 years ago.

I have my birthday party here over the weekend and we had made reservations two weeks prior their charges extra $179 at the time that we checked in the person that worked out for her name was Courtney. She was Hella disrespectful for two all of my guess we ended up not even staying in the night and ended up leaving super early because of how disrespectful the woman was. I definitely would not recommend this place and definitely would not stay here again.

I would love write a great review as that is all I ever write on google though unfortunately this was not a great experience. This is my third time staying at this hotel and each time the rooms have been dirty, mainly the floors and carpet. I found hair in the bathroom in a few places, quite a bit of dust and dirt in the bathroom on the lotion bottle, and surfaces, a yellow dried spot (pee?) on the duvet cover when I arrived, the refrigerator sometimes works, the hot tub is always “out of order”, there was a guy working at the front desk who is no longer working here who spent more time out front smoking than in the building and made me uncomfortable. The funny thing about the yellow spot is the second week I was accused of having the same thing from my dog during my stay. However my dog cannot jump up on the bed as he’s too small and I did not use said bed as my things were all over it during my stay. If your stay is paid for this is an ok place to spend the night but I would definitely check the bedding, floors, and fridge before settling in for the night. If you are paying for your stay there are plenty of other options in the area for sure.

This property charges an outlandish incidental fee, if you have a local address to their proximity. It doesn't matter if you work on the road. And you just come in town once or twice a month. They still want to charge you this enormous fee. They claim they will pay it back upon checkout, i didn't stay at this property to find out if that is true or not.My adviceHowever, is don't have your family and friends.Stay here over the holiday season because of the outlandish fees.
