Our all suites hotel offers a fully equipped kitchen in each room, separate living and sleeping space, and a comfortable workspace.     This place is lying. Literally they would have heard employees swearing and cussing in backroom which is behind reception desk. Also your corporate location had my reservation. If you looked on the security footage you would see she talked to corporate. Than all of a sudden my reservation was there. Corporate put in a compliant and apologize which I expected from the front desk. As they said they received my reservation at 3. If it wasn't discrimination why did she not pull up my reservation Instead of telling me its not there. When corporate had it. Manager never called me back. This is a joke When I arrirved I had to look for someone to help me there were several employees just messing around and gossiping about their job task other employees and swearing. It was very unprofessional. This should have been a sign to me to cancel and find another hotel. The girl was clearly upset that I interrupted their gathering that she informed she cant find my reservation. That I will have to call who I booked with.( I have this all on record of them cussing and gossiping.) I Called the place i booked with was on wait one hour to be told your reservation is there. The girl proceeded to say its not here. We asked for a manager. She came and said if you didnt make a reservation through our front desk we cant look it up and walked away. This is unheard of I never had an issue checking in before. My husband called corporate was on hold for about 20 minutes. Once connected they said they had our reservation for hours talk to the girl at the front desk and she says oh I didnt realize you had a reservation. We were checking in this ordeal cost us 3 hours that we could have been enjoying the hotel we paid for. The front desk associates clearly were discriminating against me. Are we at the point that you dont want to help me cause the color of my skin color is different than yours. I was very cordial the entire time giving her the Benefit of a doubt. To find out she made me wait 3 hours to check in when she had my reservation is uncalled for. Finally get checked in cant wait to eat as I been waiting several hours to enjoy some food and the waitress tells me we're out of all our entrees and most appetizers. As everyone around me has food and is eating the resturant didnt close for another 3 hours. I feel like I was in the twilight zone. I will not be returning to this hotel. I would not recommend staying here until they address their staff. I wasn't the only one upset with the service.

    The hefty lady in front is very rude. The moment she started speaking to me she was rude and when I tried to give her clarity on my situation she responded even more aggressively. There has to be an employee that would be better suited for the front desk.

    Overall, I'd stay here again. The hotel is in a good-ish spot, there is nothing directly near the hotel, but it is right next to the highway. It is also very close to the airport (with a free shuttle!). Rooms are essentially brand-new and have everything you could need for a short or extended stay. Negatives: - "Streaming TV" is a stretch. Netflix would not work, nor would YouTube. TV software was slow, but the wifi here seems good so I am blaming the TV. - Water pressure in the shower is low - Hot breakfast is a bit of a let down, decent options but it's basically the exact same experience you would get at a Hampton. We had a lot of loud kids during our stay, which is a bummer, but that is not the hotels fault.
