- PMP MarieNov 4, 20252.0I addressed this with the general manager-Joy in the first week of my stay. She did her best to have housekeeping service my room and address my concerns. The beautiful front entry is deceiving. The rooms are a 2* at best. The room was outdated and dirty. Stains on the carpet, beat-up woodwork, entry door looked as if someone ran into it with a heavy bag. Even the hallways needed to be vacuumed. I was there almost 10 days the debris on the carpet was still there when I left. I am a Hilton rewards member traveling single and I was put into a room with an adjoining door. Noise on the other side of the door. Joy indicated that the computer system does provide information to the checkin team if the rooms are adjoining. Before I spoke with Joy I had them do 2- daily cleanups in the first 7-days they did not refill towels, coffee, empty all the garbage, vacuum or dust. The bed sheets and quilt were just re-tucked. One day went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Pancakes were not available even tho they were on the menu. I ordered 1 egg over easy and french toast. The french was a soggy pile of bread. I wish I would have taken a photo of it. Awful. This property would be a great investment for Hilton. I am surprised it has not been kept up to the standards that I expect from Hilton. The location is adjacent to the river, a park and a quaint downtown would be an opportunity for a first class place. I would not recommend staying here.

No free breakfast when we went down at 6am, they said it started at 6am ask lady at desk were breakfast was and she said she had no clue. Do not waste your money!!!
