Excellent staff, a particular shout out to Mark at breakfast, I have eaten at budget “breakfast included” hotels around the world and this was the best I have seen in within the US. Great selection, attentive staff, constant restocks and all of the machines were always working. The central aircon was a little loud which was certainly a problem for me on my first night when I hadn’t got used to it yet but the overnight receptionist was super helpful.

You can either pay for parking in a downtown parking garage or try to find parking by the hotel that would be free from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Not ideal.

Next morning the shower control would not move - I called downstairs & there was no one to help me ….. guest services was not available!!!! We went to a show - upon returning the valet dude was very rude. It was obvious he didn’t want to go out in the rain. The next morning valet couldn’t find my car!!!! NEVER AGAIN! This hotel does not deserve the name HILTON!!

Left me stranded. Will not honor your reservation if a higher paying option arises. Put them out of business to let them know this isn’t ok.
