Rooms were not clean properly. I stayed for a week for work and got my room cleaned every other day but they just didn't bother to vacuum. Hair, dirt, someone's nail was on the floor. It was disgusting. The room is big and spacious with all amenities you could ask for but it's very outdated and run down except for the TV. The bed was not comfortable, pillows were ok. Service at the reception was ok, feels a bit amateurish. No slippers available. The valet service was ok, the guys were friendly. But I won't be back here. They need a major upgrade for the rooms and better service. Location is excellent, 3 mins from the public market, restaurants and bars.

I travel often for work and I will say this hotel has provided one of the best experiences I have come across. The employees are always kind, the location is perfect allowing me to walk out the door and go for a run or walk along the river or lake Michigan, the rooms are clean and beautiful with high ceilings, the gym is sufficient for a good workout, the breakfast is always done well with options for anyone, the parking is easy to access for downtown, overall just a really well done hotel and a good price. One time I stayed here and the AC was out and the room got up to 84 and the team kept me informed and even the GM tuned in to make sure we were taken care of and the issue was resolved. If I had to reach for something wrong I would say the downtown noise I can occasionally notice in my room, but it has never once inconvenienced me sleeping, working or trying to enjoy peace. Even this stretch of a flaw has been alleviated (they provide earplugs in the room just in case the noise is bothersome which I thought was considerate). Kudos to Natashia, Angel, and Austin for being so welcoming.

Honestly one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had recently. It was just over $100 a night and it’s located in the third ward right next to the public market and tons of restaurants and bars. The room was large and clean with really good amenities like a small stovetop, microwave and fridge. We were only there one night but if you are looking for a bit of a longer stay that would be very helpful! The customer service was great and we will definitely be choosing this hotel when we return!

Great location and otherwise good experience but motorcycle noise on the highway next door from about 8pm to 2am was frequently very loud even with a strong white noise machine. Would consider staying here again but would probably avoid summer weekends assuming that is when the motorcycle noise happens most.
