so basically i stayed here from a friday-monday. location was probably the best part of the stay. the room. nice and big. we had the one bedroom suit. i’m not gonna lie, super pretty and big. the only reason why i wouldn’t rate stay good is because of the staff. they are not welcoming at all. my first night it was a lady at the desk that clearly didn’t want to be at work. she had the worst ora ever. i really wanted to go stay somewhere else because of her. but i got over that. they just don’t do things that regular, professional hotels do. usually, when the receptionists tells your room, they go through your stay dates to confirm it’s right on their end but they didn’t do that with us and that resulted to them knocking my door 1 day before we was suppose to leave basically saying that my stay time was up.. granted, that wasn’t their fault because the person i booked through didn’t send the correct information over so in that case they were correct. the point is, at the beginning of my stay, they were suppose to confirm my dates and i would have known that way before. okay, we ended up getting that situated.. moving on to the next.. does cleaning people work there at all? because i didn’t see any my whole stay. professional hotels knock on your doors daily making sure your room clean and you have fresh towels. they didn’t come take our trash or nothing. i had to call the front desk 1000 times to get some one to even answer. it’s just not my cup of tea and i will never stay here again. my room was clean, nice and spacious but i wouldn’t stay based off the professionalism. ohhh and one more thing, they want you to pay $40 a night just to park and tell you that they don’t recommend parking on the street because they will tow. that’s a lie. it’s FREE to park on weekends! they have a app you can download and pay hourly! they won’t tell you that. all you have to do is pay the meter and it only runs abt $4. it was free most of my stay. but 3/10 do not recommend

We went during the days of Christmas Eve and Christmas. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked nice. The continental breakfast was very good: coffee, teas, milk, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, sausage, and breakfast tacos.

Great location and walkable area. Highway is near and if it’s busy it can be a little loud, but this didn’t mess with sleep, Sometimes the front desk can be a little short but all in all, lovely place.

The living room area of the space didn't have working heat. It was 65 degrees almost the entire time we were there. I told the front desk and asked about arranging a time bc my dog was there. I assumed the maintenance staff wouldn't want to go in with a dog. They said no problem he didn't mind. Well we'd come home at night and it wasn't fixed. Finally I ran into him and he fixed it. And he said no I'm not going into a room witha dog without the owner. This is understandable but not what the front desk communicated. But it stopped working again and then it just blew a gale of cold air. This was the day before Thanksgiving. So it was cold again that night and the next day the holiday. On top of that they kept running out of food at breakfast. We'd get there more than 30 mins before they closed. The food was almost out. They would run out of plates and just have disposable bowls. Not even disposable plates. It was very messy too. Which is gross for food. On top of all that the same pile of leaves was left on the front lobby carpet the entire length of our stay (5 nights). You have to wonder if no one is cleaning the common areas on a regular basis, do they clean anything? So then we forgot a backpack and made us pay for the return. When I pointed out that we never had our heat fixed I was told it wasn't their problem and they wouldn't credit my account for a portion of our stay or pay for the bag to be shipped. I was going to let it go bc it's the holidays and I get it hard to get people to work. But all added together it was just all around bad service.
