- ASAVERY SCRIBNERSep 29, 20251.0I traveled here for a work related trip and was put up in the Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk workers and staff were incredibly kind and friendly. When I woke up on my last day at the hotel I found that the room unfortunately had bed bugs as I woke to find dried blood on my bed sheets and full nymphs crawling near and around my pillow. I immediately alerted the front desk who apologized and advised they would look into this matter. I later connected with the front desk manager and general manager. There was no offer to replace my cloth suitcases as I had to throw those items away. I had no intention of bringing bed bugs into my own home. The bed bugs were inconvenient to me and my family and I truly only wanted my luggage to be compensated. When traveling in the future I’ve asked my employer not to book hotels at this location.
